Quick Start
Choose your role to see the guide that applies to you.
What you need
- A phone with iOS 16+ or Android 8+
- SES.HOSPEDAJES login credentials (username and password)
- SES.HOSPEDAJES web service credentials (user code and password for API access)
- Internet connection for submitting communications
Initial setup
- 1Download SES Peregrino from the App Store or Google Play
- 2Create your account — enter your email and choose a password
- 3Enter your SES login credentials and web service credentials in Settings
- 4Set up your encryption password for guest record storage
- 5Make your first submission when a pilgrim arrives
Daily use
- 1When a pilgrim arrives, open the QR scanner
- 2If they have a QR: scan and review the data
- 3If they don't have a QR: enter data manually
- 4Tap 'Submit to SES' to send to the Ministry
- 5The submission is recorded in your history
Tips
- Encrypted storage is required to use the app — set it up on first launch
- Review data before submitting — errors generate rejections from the Ministry
- If you need to cancel a submission, go to your history and cancel the communication
- Families are registered with a single QR — don't scan each person separately
