Since December 2024, all accommodation providers in Spain must submit guest data to the Ministry of Interior's SES.HOSPEDAJES system within 24 hours. SES Peregrino turns this paperwork into something you can do between welcoming a pilgrim and pouring a coffee.

Royal Decree 933/2021 requires you to collect sensitive personal data from every guest. GDPR and LOPDGDD can impose steep fines if that data isn't collected and stored safely. Hospitaleros are caught between two sets of regulations — obligated to collect data, liable if it's mishandled. SES Peregrino resolves both: full compliance with the reporting obligation, with privacy architecture that satisfies GDPR by design.
